I know that you look around the Interwebs and  see women who are living their dream businesses, making them work to big success. I know it makes you think, Why cant that be me? while simultaneously convincing yourself that you dont have anything special to offer, that it can never be you. But you know what I know? I know that the many options youve given yourself related to your dream business is paralyzing, and that the only wrong thing to do about it is nothing at all. I know that getting out of your head and into your hands is the best and only place to start. The business idea that has the most pull, that aligns best with your lifestyle goals and personal interests, that comes naturally to you and has a sense of fun and easeits the best place to start experimenting, and will never lead to any regrets. I know that baby steps build the strongest foundation, making it easier to course correct when needed and building up your client base and confidence. The taking-a-big-leap-off-a-giant-cliff mentality will only lead to cowering in the corner, not taking any action at all. I know that  when you directly deal with the career fears you have, youll notice their absurdity and do your work despite their whispers of negativity and failure. I know that the thing that comes most easily to you, that people ask for your help with already and/or what youre thanked for, is your superpower and that its a unique skill set because it comes from your unique mix of life experience, education, personality traits and interests. I know that when you get clarity around your personal mission and whats meaningful to  you, that you can open doors to discover what you can offer around it.
